When you visit our Site, certain technical information is collected automatically. This includes your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and time spent on each page. This data is collected primarily through Google Analytics.


Information collected through booking platforms:


We use Time To Pet for dog walking and pet sitting bookings, and Gingr for grooming appointments. Each platform collects and stores client and pet profile data independently. Their respective privacy policies govern how that data is handled on their platforms.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Gingr — grooming appointment management

Each provider is prohibited from using your data for their own independent purposes beyond the services they deliver on our behalf.



  • Legal compliance. We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Puppy Luv Pet Services, our clients, or the public.

Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You may opt out at any time. Opting out of marketing emails does not affect transactional communications related to active bookings or scheduled services.

Security of Your Information

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Data transmitted between your browser and our Site is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocols, which are the current standard for websites that handle personal data. Payment card data submitted through our booking platforms is processed by those platforms' payment infrastructure. We do not store full credit card numbers on our own servers.



No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we implement industry-standard protections, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

We retain client records, including pet profiles and service history, for as long as your account is active or as needed to deliver and document services. If you request deletion of your information, we will honor that request to the extent permitted by applicable law and any contractual obligations with partner property managers or third-party platforms.


We cannot confirm the specific data retention schedules maintained by Time To Pet or Gingr on our behalf. Contact those platforms directly for that information.

Your Privacy Rights

Under the VCDPA, qualifying Virginia consumers have the right to:

Based on our current operational scale, Puppy Luv Pet Services does not meet the VCDPA's mandatory compliance thresholds, which apply to businesses processing data of 100,000 or more Virginia consumers annually. We voluntarily honor these rights as a matter of policy and client respect.

All users may request correction or deletion of their personal information at any time by contacting us directly. We will confirm when the action has been completed.

Children's Privacy

Our Site and services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted personal information to us without parental consent, contact us immediately at info@puppyluvme.com and we will take prompt steps to remove that information.
