Information collected through booking platforms: We use third-party booking platforms for dog walking, pet sitting, and grooming appointments. These currently include our dog walking and pet sitting booking platform, our grooming appointment platform, Calendly for consultation scheduling, Tawk.to for live chat on our Site, Mailchimp by Intuit for email marketing and client communications, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for website traffic and usage analysis, Google advertising tags to measure our online advertising, Google reCAPTCHA to protect our forms from spam, and our website platform’s built-in analytics

Each provider is prohibited from using your data for their own independent purposes beyond the services they deliver on our behalf.

Legal compliance. We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Puppy Luv Pet Services, our clients, or the public.

Payment card data submitted through our booking platforms is processed by those platforms' payment infrastructure. We do not store full credit card numbers on our own servers.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we implement industry-standard protections, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain client records, including pet profiles and service history, for as long as your account is active or as needed to deliver and document services. If you request deletion of your information, we will honor that request to the extent permitted by applicable law and any contractual obligations with partner property managers or third-party platforms.

Based on our current operational scale, Puppy Luv Pet Services does not meet these thresholds. We voluntarily honor these rights as a matter of policy and client respect.
