Founder & CEO
Spurred by her deep affection for canines, Lindsey founded Puppy Luv Pet Services, growing it from a single client to preferred-vendor partnerships with major property groups across the region. She sets the industry standard for safety, reliability, and employee training.
Abrafi
Maryland Services Team Lead
A Brooklyn native and professional dog walker with a Master's in Physiology and Biophysics from Georgetown University, Abrafi combines scientific training with hands-on experience raising Australian Shepherd litters and volunteers at food distribution centers across DC.
Jerome
Operations Manager
With over 20 years in IT security, Jerome brings precision and safety to Puppy Luv, overseeing recruitment, background checks, and operational logistics so every key exchange and digital report meets the highest security standard.
Kymberli
Events & Marketing Manager
Kymberli produces vibrant, community-centered events and marketing experiences for Puppy Luv. She's also a co-founder of the Arlington Pride Festival, blending strategy, culture, and purpose into brands built to feel intentional and connected.

Dog Walker & Pet Sitter
Sandra has been around dogs her whole life, from her first best friend Enya to caring for all kinds of pets. By day she's a Federal Consultant with a Master's in Integral Economic Development Management from CUA.
Kaitlyn
Dog Walker & PET SITTER
A lifelong dog lover attending Marymount University and a member of the women's soccer team, Kaitlyn grew up with dogs back home in Texas and treats every pet as if it were her own.
Khai
Dog Walker & PET SITTER
An animal lover through and through, Khai has fostered over 50 dogs, cats, ferrets, and more, and works closely with every animal to help them face their fears, with help from her German Shepherd, Cammy.
NABIL
Dog Walker & PET SITTER
Nabil is from Brooklyn, NY and is a tech head. He loves to work with dogs, from the youngest puppy to the oldest hound. He loves dinosaurs and is an avid Mario Kart master, ranking in the top 0.01% of players in the world on Mario Kart 8.

Ever since she was young, Didi has had a connection with dogs, calming them when no one else was able to. With 15 years of grooming experience, she takes pride in her work and the joy she brings a pet parent when they see their pet once she's done.
