  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We ask that all cancellations to be made 24 hours prior to scheduled visit in order to avoid cancellation fee.

  • How do you meet with us?

    Give us a call. We will schedule a consultation meeting to discuss different plans, answer all of your questions, and most importantly, to meet and interact with your pet! 

  • If my animal requires medication, can you administer it?

    Yes, we can administer medication to pets in the form of your choice. This can be discussed during the initial consultation.

  • How do I know that you really walk my dog for the full time?

    Excellent question! With Puppy Luv's app (powered by DoTimely), you will receive an automated walk statistics email. This email will include the time of arrival and departure, duration of the walk, a map of the route we've taken, pee and poop indicator, and any additional notes your walker may have.


    You will also have the ability to text chat with your dog walker directly if there are any last minute changes for your pet's scheduled walk.
